Hello. I am dealing with a very difficult situation with my 2025 mild hybrid XC60 (involving battery drain) and am being told that the cause is my driving habits. I drive about the equivalent of 10,000 miles per year, often shorter distances but, with rare exception, every day.

If you own a similar car (year and model), have similar driving habits or drive even less, and have NOT experienced any issues ... I'd love to hear about your experience. TIA!
