2013 XC60 doors not staying locked

Hi all.
I just won an auction for this luxury car.
I'm feeling my way around it.
I have a problem I haven't managed to resolve.
I can lock the doors with the remote or key. The lock buttons go down, the mirrors fold but pull on any door handle and the doors unlock.
It's a big problem right? Anyone can simply open the doors anytime.
Any help would be appreciated.
