Hi, we have a 2025 CX60 plug in hybrid. The battery is not fully charging after 12 plus hours and it depletes very quickly. We thought it was just the cold weather in Ohio. But note that we’ve had 60Plus degrees, we’re still experiencing poor battery performance. Has anyone else experienced this? Would this be a warranty claim to replace the battery and or the charging hardware?
