Hi everyone,

I'm hoping someone here might have some insight or direct experience with a similar issue.

My 2019 Volvo XC60 T5 Inscription is currently not starting. The battery has been professionally tested and confirmed to be OK, and I've also tried a boosted jump start, but still no luck – the car remains unresponsive.

Based on the symptoms, it really feels like the main computer system needs a hard reset or restart to clear whatever glitch is preventing it from firing up.

I've been looking for instructions online, but all I can seem to find are procedures for the XC90. I understand there's often a "Home" button + "Right Arrow" button combination on the steering wheel, but my left steering wheel button has a clock/timer symbol, not a house icon, so those instructions don't seem to apply directly to my car.

Has anyone successfully performed a main computer reset on a 2019 XC60 (Sensus system, without Google Built-in) that doesn't have the house icon on the left steering wheel controls?

Any specific button combinations, procedures, or alternative methods that have worked for you would be incredibly helpful. I'm trying to avoid a tow to the dealership if it's something I can reset myself.

Thanks in advance for any advice or guidance!
