There is no way for a non-dealer employee to access the Volvo order tracking system. Your salesperson can access this info from his/her sales manager. There is no "real-time" tracking like you would be able to do with a Fed-Ex package, for instance. The sales manager receives a daily report with incoming vehicles, and a current status(pre-production, production complete, in-transit, port, transport, arrived), as well as an ESTIMATED date to arrive at the port of entry and dealership arrival.
